Psychotherapy – Adults

I am a qualified, UKCP registered Gestalt Psychotherapist (UKCP registration number 2011163228), qualifying in 2012 from Metanoia Institute, with an MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy from Middlesex University. 

I have been active in the psychotherapy world ever since; acting as an assistant tutor for Metanoia for my first three years post-qualification and then from 2017, as a tutor on the Introductory Certificate in Counselling Skills and Studies. In 2020 I was recruited as a Primary Tutor on the MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy and in 2021 as a Primary Tutor on the MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute. I have also offered workshops for other groups and companies, including Poole Community Counselling and AH-HA therapies.

Psychotherapy - Couples

In 2015 I qualified as a Couples Counsellor via Relational Change and in 2015 I also received my Diploma in Supervision from The Gestalt Centre, London. 

Psychotherapy – Adolescents and Children 

I have over 2000 hours of experience working with teenagers aged 11-18, including 7 years working as a School Counsellor at Swakeleys School for Girls in Hillingdon. I ran a successful service for the school, including recruiting, overseeing and supervising a number of additional counsellors to meet the needs at the school. I have also worked with a number of teenagers in private practice, although this is on a more selective basis as private practice is not always the most suitable environment for a teen. However, if you feel that I would be a good support for your young person, I welcome you to get in touch and we can schedule an initial call.

From January 2026, I will be available to work with children aged 6-11.

Supervision 

I qualified as a supervisor in 2015 from The Gestalt Centre in London and have since accrued substantial experience supervising both trainee and qualified psychotherapists. Whilst my focus is on relational Humanistic practice, with a particular focus on Gestalt psychotherapy, I am able to supervise practitioners from a diverse modality base, including counselling psychology, Gestalt, Humanistic and Integrative. 

I am a registered supervisor with UKCP and an approved supervisor for Metanoia Institute’s Gestalt and Humanistic programmes. I have also supervised both trainee and qualified practitioners from a variety of other institutes, colleges and universities and am familiar with the requirements for a training supervisor. 

I am willing to supervise practice with young people aged 13+ but I do not currently supervise individuals working with children. However I anticipate completing this specific training in the coming years so please do keep checking back in.
